Supreme Court in Review: Cases to Watch (Advanced Level)

Описание: In this session, students explore Article III of the U.S. Constitution, which defines the powers of the judicial branch and the #SupremeCourt. This class covers the nomination and confirmation process of Supreme Court justices and how judicial power (and the Supreme Court’s role) is defined in Alexander Hamilton’s Federalist 78 and cases such as Marbury v. Madison (1803). This session will go right to present day and review the current term to date! #SCOTUS #Constitution
