Описание: Relentless monsoon rains continue to batter Maharashtra, with Mumbai once again facing flooded low-lying areas from King’s Circle to Kurla. Parts of the JJ Flyover and the Worli underpass are submerged, while traffic chaos grips the city.

Other regions including Pune have also been hit hard, with landslides, house collapses, short circuits, and fallen trees reported. The IMD has issued an orange alert, warning of very heavy rain, gusty winds up to 50 kmph, lightning, and thunderstorms.

In Beed district, schools for Classes 1 to 7 are closed due to flooding. The next 24 hours are expected to bring more heavy rains, worsening conditions in Mumbai and surrounding suburbs.
