The book of Job records two specific permissions given to Satan. In Job 1, Satan is allowed to touch Job’s possessions but not Job himself. In Job 2, Satan is allowed to touch Job’s body, but God clearly says, “save his life.” The Bible never records God saying, “touch not his soul.” This broadcast will read the actual verses in full and place them side by side with the claims being made, so viewers can see the difference for themselves.
