Authentic Chinese Food Recipe - Sweet and Savory Pork Ribs (Better than Sweet and Sour Pork!)

Today’s video is going to show one of my favorite authentic Chinese recipes! It’s easy to cook and so delicious!
Ingredients
1lb pork back ribs
We’re going to mix the pork ribs with the following:
¾ t salt
¾ t sugar substitute e.g. Stevia in the raw
1/2 T cooking wine or sherry
½ T chopped garlic
1 ½ T cornstarch
In a separate bowl, mix the following:
1 T Worchestire sauce OR 2 t soy + 1t white vinegar
1 ½ T ketchup
½ T sugar substitute e.g Stevia in the raw
1 ½ T water
Dash of sesame oil
Instructions
1) Heat up your wok or pan and once it’s hot enough, add oil (I used coconut oil.)
2) Deep fry the ribs for 4 mins or until golden brown
3) Take the ribs out and deep fry again for 1 min and then drain the oil off of them
4) Add the mixture you created in the bowl to the wok/pan and bring it to a boil
5) Then add the ribs and stir-fry it until the liquid is almost evaporated
6) Remove and serve!
Note: To make this healthier, steam the pork ribs and do not fry them.
