WHY This Medevac CRASHED

Описание: The NTSB has released the FINAL Report to the tragic crash of N13GZ, A KingAir C90-A, operated by Guardian Life. The airplane crashed on a flight from Maui destined for the Big Island. When the attitude indicator failed, spatial disorientation effected the pilot Brian Treptow, who lost control and the plane crashed into the ocean, killing Treptow and the nurse Courtney Parry and paramedic Gabriel Camacho.
