Besh Qozon is the most famous and large—scale Pilaf Center in Tashkent, offering traditional Uzbek pilaf cooked in giant cast-iron cauldrons. Located near the TV tower, it is famous for its colorful atmosphere, fast serving and affordable prices, offering different types of pilaf: "Teahouse", "Wedding" and "Special".
The main course is pilaf (teahouse with yellow carrots, festive/wedding with chickpeas and raisins), as well as salads (achichuk, shakarob), tortillas and tea.
Atmosphere: National details, spacious halls, open kitchen, often live music.
Opening hours: It is best to visit before lunch (before 13:00-14:00), as the best pilaf is over by the middle of the day.
