Holy Rhythms

Описание: Stillness didn’t come to me through discipline.
It came through sitting.

Sitting with God slowed me down in ways I didn’t know I needed.
Not because I stopped caring...but because I started trusting.

And yet, I’ve noticed something real:
When I step away from prayer or intentional stillness, I can feel myself drifting back into momentum.
Back into checking boxes.
Back into moving as if stopping means failing.

This video is me naming that tension...the quiet tug-of-war between the pace God has given me and the old belief that I must keep producing to be okay.

God doesn’t respond to our works.
And sometimes that truth reaches deeper than we expect.
It reaches the way we move, the way we rest, and the way we believe we are held.

This is a gentle reminder to myself and to anyone listening...
that God shows up not because of what we do,
but because He is good.
