Описание: Dan and I headed to Lands End so that he could do Parkrun there and I could do another recce for Mudcrew's Arc of Attrition 100-mile ultra marathon. This is not official route guidance but I'll show you some of the route, some of my kit and eating strategies, as well as a quick recap of the Fairy Tale of Newquay ultra I did a few weeks ago.
