Hello Spin Friends!!! Today's spin class is a 30 minute HIIT with descending intervals! Prepare yourself... its a mighty 30 minute workout!
Full Workout:
5 minute warmup (including 2 minutes of strides at 20s on/10s off)
Set 1: 6 x 60s on/60s off
Set 2: 5 x 30s on/30 s off
Set 3: 4 x 15s on/15s off
*set rest is 2 minutes*
3.5 minute cooldown
