In this bonus video we are combining many of the PCG processes that have been explored so far within the PCG Series and creating useful tools that combine PCG with Blueprints. We will use Splines to define regions for our PCG to exist - giving us control over how and where they are placed into our Worlds. We will then use Parameters within PCG to define editable variables that can be reused throughout the Graph. We will then create Blueprint Actors that can be placed into our World and linking to the PCG Parameters such that each instance of the Blueprint can have its own Instance Variable values and making reusable, modular PCG systems!
In this video I am using the Synty: Biomes Season 1 Packs for my Foliage example assets, specifically the Jungle Biome. Any of the Biomes from Season 1 or 2 make for great experimentation packs for creating low poly but visually interesting environments!
