Ultraviolet Ascendant scales minions at the start of each turn and the scaling depends on how many Elementals it saw being played on board. Nomi scales the minions in shop after every Elemental played on board. These don't seem like they should be able to work together, however, in this game I did exactly that so make sure to watch until the end!
