Ingredients for making Lakhamari :
Urid Daal (Maas ko Daal without its cover) - 2 cups
Rice Flour (Use Tichin Rice flour if possible) - 2 cups
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 800 gram
Water for Sugar sirup - 400 ml
Powder Sugar - for decoration
Oil to fry
NOTE: Please do not use more than 800 ml of water for mixing the flour and lentils. (Including soaking the lentils)
For example: If you used 600 ml of water for soaking the lentil (maas ko dal), just use max 200 ml water in the mixing process.
