A deadly tornado swept through Kirksville, Missouri on May 13th, 2009 with the same high-precipitation supercell producing numerous other tornadoes across northeast Missouri. Frustrating day for observing the storm as it was quite rainy and murky and also tracked through a region of poor terrain and road networks. After dark, storms organized into a squall line producing damaging winds and isolated tornadoes. I let the squall line run me over in Philo, Illinois around Midnight.
