Missing all your favourite fast food ? Here is a homemade version of the Veggie Pizza Puff & It is sooooo goood. We couldn’t resist it. And it is OBVIOUSLY NON FRIED !!
Here is the recipe for the same
Makes 10 pieces
Outer Puff Dough
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Maida
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup + 2 to 3 tbsp cold Water
Filling
1 tbsp butter
1 small onion, fine chopped
3 to 4 cloves of garlic, fine chopped
1/2 cup mixed veggies (carrots, bell pepper, green peas, beans)
1/4 cup corn
2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
1/2 tsp each oregano, chilli flakes, crispy garlic
Salt
1/4 cup mixed cheese
