Day 32 of my 100 Push-Ups a Day for 90 Days challenge, and the strength keeps building.
Today was 4 sets of 25 push-ups on the floor on video, plus another 25 I did before hitting record, bringing the total to 125 push-ups again.
Still not easy. Still had to push through.
But that’s where the strength and endurance come from.
For anyone 50+ thinking about starting to work out, this is what real progress looks like. It’s not perfect. It’s not always smooth. But if you stay consistent, you will get stronger.
From modified push-ups… to bench… to now 100+ on the floor — it all comes from showing up every day.
Keepin’ on keepin’ on.
