Curry is very popular in Japan and is being served at most restaurants all-year round, different meat, different level of heat! I love Japanese curry so much that I had it 3 times in 1 week that I was there...I went to different restaurants, I got the same delicious taste but left me with different experiences. It just always excites my palate. If you love curry or haven't tried one, this recipe is worth a try. It's simple, so easy to make yet very flavorful. And fresh seafood is always a good idea!
