It costs 350,000 gil.


GEMSTEEL (2x)
a. Crafted in the Bazaar by selling 2x Damascus Steel, 2x Hell-gate's Flame, and 1x Scarletite.
(You need a total of 4x Damascus Steel, 4x Hell-gate's Flame, and 2x Scarletite to create 2x Gemsteel)
b. Clan Reward from Montblanc after acquiring 8 Espers

DAMASCUS STEEL (4x)
a. Steal [with Thief's Cuffs] from Anchag at Paramina Rift (Karydine Glacier) [6%] RECOMMENDED [3% w/o Thief's Cuffs]
b. [Knight's] Monograph drop from Bune located at Pharos - Second Ascent (Station of Banishment, Station of Suffering, Station of Ascension) (6%) (5% if Poached)

HELL-GATE'S FLAME (4x)
[Hunter] Monograph drop from Cerberus located at The Feywood (Walk of Stolen Truths) (5%)
May also be Poached from Cerberus (5%), but killing and respawning them seems faster.


SCARLETITE (2x)
a. Steal [with Thief's Cuffs] from Rare Game Aspidochelon at Cerobi Steppe (Feddik River) [6%] RECOMMENDED [3% w/o Thief's Cuffs]
b. [Hunter] Monograph drop from Emeralditan located at Nabreus Deadlands (Echoes of the Past) (6%) (5% if Poached)

ORICHALCUM (3x)
a. Steal [with Thief's Cuffs] from Rare Game Vishno located at Pharos - First Ascent (Wellspring Ravel - 4th Flight) (6%)
b. Poach from Deidar located at Pharos - First Ascent (Wellspring Ravel - 3rd Flight, Wellspring Ravel - 4th Flight) (5%)

*To spawn Vishno at Floor 47 of First Ascent / Wellspring Ravel, you will need to kill at least 10 Deidar (no need to chain) while climbing. Vishno is located near an Aeronite.
Since you can also get Orichalcum from Deidar, I recommend Poaching every Deidar that you kill along the way.*

MALLET (2x)
a. Steal [with Thief's Cuffs] from Rare Game Bombshell located at Lhusu Mines (Lasche Span) [6%] RECOMMENDED [3% w/o Thief's Cuffs]
b. Poach from Purobolos located at Pharos - Third Ascent (Spire Ravel - 1st Flight, Spire Ravel - 2nd Flight) [5%]
c. Clan reward from Montblanc for defeating King Bomb.
