The Atlanta, Georgia native was re-writing the UNC record book for freshman, putting his name above big-time Carolina legends like Tyler Hansbrough, Antawn Jamison and Phil Ford.  Wilson finished the regular season ranked fourth in the ACC in scoring at 19.8 points per game and was tied for 2nd for the conference lead in rebounding at 9.8 boards per game.
