Communist Party of India (Marxist) leader Brinda Karat on April 23 reacted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “wealth redistribution” remark on Congress. She called it a “shocking statement” and said that she filed a complaint to Delhi Police which was not accepted. She further moved on to say that “their (PM Modi and Amit Shah) culture teaches them hatred”. “Absolutely shocking statement from the Prime Minister. She went on to add that the PM should be taken to trial by the law. Going on to question the credibility of the Election Commission if it does take any action against the Prime Minister.
