The Jammu and Kashmir High Court in Jammu heard the PSA case of AAP MLA Mehraj Malik today and fixed the next hearing for January 29. During the proceedings, Mehraj Malik’s legal team requested an early hearing of the case, but the court did not agree. The matter was taken up after noon. Advocate Appu Singh, a member of Mehraj Malik’s legal team, stated that the court asked whether all submissions had been filed from their side, to which the legal team confirmed that everything had already been submitted.
Following this, the court scheduled the next hearing for January 29. Several supporters of Mehraj Malik were present in the court premises, hoping that the PSA would be revoked today. However, the adjournment left many of them disappointed.
