In this video, we brewed three different beers using the same thiolized yeast strain to explore its true potential:
Single Malt Test – No hops, just barley and yeast. Can the yeast alone produce tropical flavors?
Fruit Beer Test – With guava and passion fruit to complement the yeast's natural thiols.
Hazy IPA Test – Hopped with Citra and El Dorado for the ultimate juicy IPA.
