A new automated passenger loading bridge is helping to boost operations and worker safety at Changi Airport. The system is faster and also frees up manpower. Three airlines are involved in the trial to help gather data. It will help determine issues, such as the average time to dock and how accurately the system can detect obstacles to reduce accidents.
