Composting is an essential part of the home kitchen garden or the organic composting process. You collect the waste from your kitchen and from the garden, put it in a bin until you have collected a sizable quantity and then add it to your actual composting bin along with brown material (dry leaves, cardboard, or shredded newspaper). Over a period of time, this compost will get done and then can be used in the garden, being an excellent fertilizer.
Collecting the waste in the kitchen is the starting process for this. Here, I have a lot of mango peels and some onion peels.
