Описание: Trooper's Report:

On June 4, 2026, I was dispatched to a report of a reckless driver traveling eastbound on Interstate 40. The vehicle was initially
reported near the 209-mile marker eastbound. While receiving additional information from dispatch, I positioned my patrol unit
near the 221-mile marker eastbound and waited for the vehicle to pass.

When I observed the vehicle, it was traveling approximately 60–70 mph. At this time I attempted to initiate a traffic stop by
activating my emergency equipment. As I followed the vehicle, I noticed the driver appeared to be slumped over in the driver's
seat and was unresponsive to surrounding traffic conditions. Due to the unknown medical condition of the driver, I continued
following the vehicle for approximately 17 miles. During this time, I attempted multiple times to gain the driver's attention by
pulling along the side of the vehicle and by changing my siren patters. I noted that one of the windows was rolled down and
one appeared to be broken out.

Near the 233-mile marker, I met with Lt. McMillion to coordinate a plan to stop the vehicle safely. Lt. McMillion drove alongside
the vehicle in an attempt to gain the driver's attention; however, the driver continued traveling and did not respond. Capt.
Williams joined the pursuit and attempted to deploy spike strips to slow the vehicle, but the deployment was unsuccessful.

Officers then attempted a rolling box maneuver to slow the vehicle. The maneuver was initially successful, and the vehicle
came to a complete stop. However, the driver suddenly accelerated and continued driving, striking the left side of Capt.
Williams' unit and the right side of Lt. McMillion's unit.

After the vehicle was clear of all of our patrol vehicles, Lt. McMillion performed a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) by using the
front right f his patrol vehicle to strike the left rear of the suspect vehicle, causing the vehicle to spin out in a counter clockwise
motion and roll over on its right side. Officers immediately approached the vehicle, removed the driver, and requested
emergency medical services.

An ambulance responded to the scene and provided medical treatment. Due to the driver's condition, she was later transported
by Air Evac to Regional One Health for further evaluation and treatment.

The driver was identified as Regina Blaker-Hall. Blaker-Hall was cited on misdemeanor criminal charges before being
transported by medical personnel.
