This dual-surface pad features the popular Moongel Workout Pad as well as a specially formulated rubberized real-feel surface to combine all of your practice needs in one pad.
The Moongel surface is made from a super-soft gel material for minimal rebound, and the rubber surface allows for a more authentic soft-feel rebound. The target zone reminds me of what I used to do with my original practice pads to work on precision.
