Описание: WALNUT CRACKING AND CLEANING MACHINE

1 - PRE-STORAGE HOPPER Used for storing a fair amount of inshell walnuts and feeding the cracking machine with steady flow before cracking. Manufactured from ST 37 painted steel sheet.
2- WALNUT CRACKING MACHINE Walnut cracking machine is used for cracking the calibrated inshell walnuts. It cracks the walnuts with maximum percentage of halves , and discharges shelled walnuts out without any damage. The surfaces which contact with walnuts are manufactured from 304 stainless steel material. It is equipped with two motors for cracking.
3- CLEANING AND CALIBRATING MACHINE The main purpose of the machine is calibrating and removing the shell of the cracked walnut. This machine is able to calibrate the walnut to 4 sizes and discharges walnut halves out. With the calibrating rollers, It separates the uncracked walnuts and drives them to the resort cracking rollers to crack once again, therefore it minimizes the loss. The surfaces which contact with walnuts are manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel and designed not to damage the shelled walnuts.

Walnut Cracking and Splitting Process is expedient for 15 different American type walnuts like Chandler and Fernor. Most of industrial cracking and splitting results are successfull to crack and split the walnut up to %75 of yield. By hand cracking this results may differ between %65 and %70 of yield. AKY Technology’s yield results are between %80 and %85 of yield.
Smooth Process & Not Harming The Walnuts The process doesn’t harm the yellow skin of the walnut kernel. Therefore, products oil doesn’t come out, quality to improves with it’s durability and avoids aflatoxine.

Internal Re-Cracking System Cracking Machine resorts the non-cracked walnuts and cracks them again at same time without need of an extra equipment.
Processing In A Short Time The system is developed to avoid the time loss and to increase the yield. Walnuts are processed with minimum quantity of machines to avoid yield drop. Walnut skin will be still with the kernel. Without any damage.
