Empire Earth and Expansion Issues on 14271

Описание: This video demonstrates what happens when you try to launch Empire Earth or its Expansion (Art of Conquest, EE-AOC.exe). It fails to launch correctly and then shortly after it crashes completly.

Debugging it in Visual Studio showed that the error is an access violation.
