I'm scared to compete - what should I do?

The first thing you need to ask yourself is - do you actually WANT to compete? There is no right or wrong answer to this. Everyone will have a different perception of what competing is. If you want to compete - then you need to change your mindset so that competition means something good and enjoyable for you!
