Note: This Part is a bit long. However, it has lots of good information and shows how I notice a problem and the additional steps I take to fix it. You can skip the first half if you'd like to 14:00
In this part I start by installing the frame rail assemblies in their floor supports and measure everything. I notice a problem from when I originally installed the frame rails to the fender aprons and decided to take the assemblies apart which makes lining up the frame rails in the floor supports much easier. I laser level the frame rails to the baseline measurements and tack the jig posts to the jig. I also cover setting the floor supports to the correct height and some new measurements in SolidWorks.
