🍰 Ingredients:
For the cake:
Plain Flour 125g (½ cup, 3 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Sugar 75g (¼ cup, 2 tablespoons)
2 Eggs (medium size)
Butter 110g ½ cup) - salted butter
Milk 60ml (¼ cup)
For the Filling:
Cream cheese 80g (⅓ cup)
Dark Chocolate 150g
Heavy cream 120ml (½ cup)
Crunchy Topping:
Unsweetened Corn flakes 1 cup (50g)
Milk Chocolate 150g
Heavy cream 80ml (⅓ cup)
Caramel sauce topping (optional)
Milk 60ml (¼ cup) to soak the cake (optional)
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking dish 20x17 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 175c (350f) for about 20 minutes.
