Pride of Britain Awards 2016. What an evening!
Meeting Tom & seeing Sir Cliff Richard (before I met him) & being able to see Stephen Hawkins in the flesh just a short while before he passed away bless #RIP.
I don't know what passes for "WOW" in the books of other folk, but in MY book, it goes down as one of the best nights I've ever had in my life, as in EVER!
Don't underestimate what these people have contributed to modern culture & history itself. Legends.
My family were brought up with them on their TV in a time when it was still a new appliance and medium in the home. Not many people had a tv back in those days either! lol Black & white too. Blimey. We take so much for granted. Moaning about 4K UHD and quality of content on 500 channels ffs! 😅
Anyhoo, proper OMG/surreal experience to lay a naked eye on such legends, let alone get a picture with Tom! 😍
