Warning: Migrating a live video application from Laravel 5.2 to 9 without testing can be risky and may lead to unexpected issues. It is essential to backup the current application before making any changes. Before migrating, it is crucial to read the release notes and check for any breaking changes that might affect your application. Careful monitoring should be done on the live environment after deployment to ensure everything is working as expected.

In this project, we are going a bit rogue (not having tests before the migration, and doing it at warp speed!), do keep that in mind.
