Vulnerability and fearing expression. Fears over being vulnerable, sharing feelings, and has ultimately experienced deep, lifelong loneliness because of it.
The dumbification of humanity and our media content, our human connections, our thoughts, all seem to be contributing to a lower bar than how I want to engage with the world.
No longer prioritizing financial health over my internal (social, emotional, mental, physical) health, but now needing to figure out how to bring out my vulnerabilities so I can connect more deeply with others.
