CVS/POTS Style Charlie Nash: Added Multiple Modes by varo_hades [Download Link]

I told varo to add more modes in Charlie. Though He already did it.
Now Pots Style Charlie have total four gameplay modes
Normal Mode : SFA Gameplay Version
Master Mode : Customized and Advanced Version
Shadow Mode : MVC2 Shadow Version
SFV Mode : Similar to SFV Frankenstein Nash Version
Thanks to varo_hades for adding them.
I just did the rearrangement of palettes for respective modes.
