Judge sets $500,000 bail for man accused in robbery, shooting and identity theft case

Описание: A judge set bail at $500,000 Tuesday for a man accused of following and robbing a person riding an electric bicycle and firing a gun, later leading police to uncover evidence of mail theft and identity-related crimes.

Antonio Sandoval was arrested on January 13 and made his first court appearance on Wednesday.

He stood before Las Vegas Justice Court Judge Suzan Baucum, who consolidated his two open cases.

One involves a suspected robbery and shooting, while the other relates to evidence uncovered during a traffic stop to arrest Sandoval for the robbery case.

The charges from both cases were consolidated. Court records show 37 charges, 34 of which are felonies, including seven counts of possession of a document or ID to commit forgery/counterfeiting, and 20 counts of obtaining and using another person's personal identity information to harm or for an unlawful purpose.
