Описание: Learn how to make two different shades of pink frosting for cakes, cupcakes, and cookies! Feel free to use another shade of pink, but I found that Americolor Deep Pink & Electric Pink gel food coloring produced the best results to create a lighter pink and a darker shade of pink. Certain shades of reds can make pink frosting, but it can be very challenging, as they mostly turn out more red than pink. I highly recommend using gel food coloring compared to liquid food coloring since gel food coloring is more concentrated than liquid food coloring. Americolor gel food coloring is my favorite gel food coloring since you do not need to use many drops of gel food coloring to make vibrant bold colors and it does not make the frosting taste bitter. Pink frosting is great for decorating flowers, Valentines Day, Barbie, and princess themed desserts.

Directions

Light Pink-
Add 8 drops of Deep Pink Americolor gel food coloring to 1 cup of white frosting and mix together. Letting the frosting sit for around 1-2 days will help deepen the color. Feel free to add more or less to achieve your
desired color.

Darker Pink-
Add 8 drops of Electric Pink Americolor gel food coloring to 1 cup of white frosting and mix together. Letting the frosting sit for around 1-2 days will help deepen the color. Feel free to add more or less to achieve your desired color.
