Reliving The War looks at each and every episode of WWF Raw and WCW Nitro during the Monday Night War. Fans had a choice; watch the WWF on USA Network or switch the channel to TNT to watch WCW Nitro. Both wrestling organizations would try to put on the best show possible in order to gain more viewers in the weekly television ratings, and in the end only 1 company would survive. Reliving The War looks at every match and every promo of the Monday Night War on a weekly basis.

On Nitro this week Ric Flair gets his own personal chauffeur (which has disastrous consequences for the WCW President). Bret Hart looks for revenge when he wrestles Will Sasso, and Hollywood Hogan gets a surprise when he's forced to defend the WCW World Heavyweight Championship just 7 days before SuperBrawl IX.

Over on the WWF Channel; Commissioner Shawn Michaels invites WrestleMania XV main-eventers Mankind and Steve Austin to the ring, but the promo ends with Mick Foley agreeing to a WWF Championship Match against The Rock. Shane McMahon manages to talk his way into a shot at X-Pac's European Championship, and Sable has a change of heart when she has words with her obsessed fan.
