In today's video, I'm taking the first step to jump start the next phase of my weight loss journey by doing some KETO meal prep this week. Typically, when I do Keto I can lose about a pound a day so I'm anxious to see how much I'm able to lose this week. My goal for this week is to stick to my keto diet for at least 3 days. I've done keto in the past and to be honest, after 3 days I'm usually ready for a break. Once I'm done with my 3 days of keto, I'll switch to low carb.
In addition to eating a keto diet this week, I've also set a goal for myself to workout at least 4 days this week. Between working out 4 days per week and eating a keto diet, I can't wait to see how much progress I'm able to make. I'll try my best to post an update for you guys after I'm done.
As previously mentioned, I am doing this to maximize my results from my liposuction as liposuction does not make you lose weight, it just helps to sculpt your shape. My surgeon got rid of my love handles but the rest is up to me!
