"That '70s Show" Parody by Lorna E. Carlson for WEB233 - Fall 2010

ChromaKey videography was a team project, then post-production was handled individually by team members...resulting in five variations on the production.

Produced in HACC's new Multimedia Studio in its Midtown Harrisburg Center for Engineering, Technology, and the Trades, the video incorporates high-definition footage taken with two Panasonic AG-HMC70U video camcorders, an Alesis iMultiMix 16USB audio mixer, Shure microphones, and six CoolFlo 900W softbox studio lights. Adobe Soundbooth CS4 was used for audio editing, Premiere Pro CS4 for video editing, and AfterEffects CS4 (including the KeyLight plug-in) for post-production effects.

The theme song is "In the Street", written by Alex Chilton and Chris Bell of the band Big Star; it was performed for the show first by Todd Griffin, and then by the band Cheap Trick. Used without permission under the "Fair Use Doctrine" (for academic purposes) of U.S. Copyright Law.
