📢 For those who missed the online applications, walk-in processing will begin on November 8, 2025 in Testing Centers nationwide!

📋 REQUIREMENTS FOR WALK-IN APPLICANTS:
1️⃣ Accomplished PNPACAT Walk-In Application Form with 2x2 or passport-size ID picture with nametag

2️⃣ Clear photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA, NSO, or LCR)
3️⃣ Valid ID
4️⃣ Proceed to the nearest Testing Center on November 8, 2025 (9:00 AM–3:00 PM) only
