WORKOUT DEETS
Glute Focused Split Squat: (3x12)
SUPERSET
RDLS: (3x10)

Single Leg Seated Curl: (3x12) each leg
last set is with both feet and did a double drop set of 10 half reps
SUPERSET
Single Leg Standing Curl: (3x12) each leg these are half reps

Good Mornings: (3x12)

Lying Leg Curl: (3x21’s)
7 reps at the bottom, 7 reps at the top, 7 reps full range

Kickbacks: (3x12) each leg
