Keto BBQ Baby Back Ribs Recipe
1.3g NC for all
1.4 lbs Baby Back Pork Ribs
1 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbs Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Liquid Stevia
Cut ribs apart. This allows each rib to get coated in the seasoning intensifying the flavor and cut down on cooking time.
Place ribs in a pan with a lid. I used an enamel roaster.
Pour Apple Cider Vinegar & Liquid Stevia over Ribs & mix together well.
Place Ribs bone side up.
Coat with 1/2 Tbs Chili Powder & Salt to taste.

Cover with a lid. Cover with foil if your pan doesn’t have a lid.
Cook at 275° for 2 hours.
Check for doneness. You want them fall off the bone tender, but not dried out.
Ribs can take 2 to 4 hours to cook, depending on the size of the ribs and the type of pan that you use.
Brush Ribs with pan drippings.
