Creating CAM Toolpaths for Inventor Models

Описание: Many customers have maintained a workflow that utilized Inventor for their modeling and a separate CAM package for creating their CNC programs. In the last few years, Autodesk has added tools to the Product Design and Manufacturing Collection that enable you to create those same programs from your Collection.

This can simplify your workflow and create models and CNC toolpaths that are associative. Join Steve Olson for this webinar where he will demonstrate two workflows for creating CNC toolpaths from Inventor Models: One using Inventor CAM and one will leverage a connection to Fusion 360’s Manufacturing Workspace. Either way, you will learn how to use tools you already own to create CNC programs that can be sent right to your machine tools. Having association between the CAD models and your CAM models means a change to the CAD model will enable the toolpaths to reflect those changes!
