OvalClocking: $200 61MH KawPow monster

the TF500 (my internal name, Thing Fs 500) nvidia CMP100-210 gets run through the bench. this DPFP64 897GB/sec HBM2 monster. 4096-bit triple stack samsung HBM2 (16GB) and a juicy Volta core, she packs a HUGE punch and great value.

tesla V100 knockdown, but how much of this is actually disabled? seemingly the PCIe gen is locked down to gen 1 X4, and its likely the tensor cores (yes, it has Tensor cores) are disabled.

the passive cooler is a bit dicey for loads above 150w.

some of these cards shipped with a CMP 100-210 bios and its not as good. clock response isnt the same and I need to run that through the bench as well.
