Hello Friends!
In this video, I’m admitting something I’ve been avoiding for a while. I’m addicted to my phone.
What started as “just scrolling” slowly turned into hours of lost time, constant distraction, and feeling disconnected from my real life. I didn’t want to call it an addiction… but if I’m being honest, that’s exactly what it is.
This is my first step toward changing that.
I’m not pretending I have it all figured out yet. I just know that nothing changes unless you admit there’s a problem and this is me doing that. If you’ve ever felt stuck in the scroll, constantly reaching for your phone without thinking, you’re not alone.
This is the beginning of doing better.
