Prior to the @KayakAdventureSeries event in Whitehall, Michigan, I had the chance to fish for river smallmouth with @AlexRuddFishing @RiverBasserDrew and @lachigan9165Josh Chrenko of SmallieTalk Podcast and Achigan Brand. I woke up at 5:30 am and was still on the water at 10 pm, so I fully soaked in the different patterns and habitat that the Muskegon river had to offer. Most of the hits came on various topwater presentations, so it was a fun long day for sure! Look for an upcoming episode on tournament coverage for this event.
