Back to Gavin and Stacey country at Barry Island for a spot of Rough Ground Sea Fishing, on Nells Point. Not far from Whitmore Bay, this is one of my favourite South Wales Sea Fishing marks along the Welsh side of the Bristol Channel, I have been fishing it for many years, since the 1980s and there's something magical about the place. In this video, I am fishing over rough ground, not easy fishing but many different species can turn up such as Cod, Codling, Whiting, Pouting, Rays, Smooth-hound, Conger Eel, Bass and more.
