Here are the ideas that I have so far:
(I will update the list when I get more ideas)

1: Battery Percentage for iPod

2: A 20 second countdown before the device dies, like a banner that counts down so that you have time to save you data before it dies and all is lost.

3: Passbook should save all passes like my gym membership card, even though it doesn’t have a pass in the app store.

4: An option to remove all of the apps and then then able to drag them from a place in the dock where all of the apps are, like the clash of clans remove all feature.

5: Please add Instagram to the share option.

6: An option to clear all notifications.

7: Add app custom shortcuts into the bottom row of control centre

8: A built in file viewer, like iFile ( http://cydia.saurik.com/package/eu.he... )

9: Built in screen recorder, that disables in the phone app, incase that was the reason that you didn’t have one already.

10: iTunes radio in canada

11: Feature to save a certain part of your screen to keep there until you no longer need it so that you don’t have to switch from notes to safari back and forth again when you need to remember a password, like Snapper. ( http://moreinfo.thebigboss.org/morein... )

12: System wide font change options.

13: A user agent changer (You have one on OSX, so why can’t we have one on iOS?)

15: 4th row on keyboard for numbers, and when you press the shift key, it will change into the symbols.

16: Option to customize animation when scrolling from pages of apps, like Cylinder*

17: A messages like biteSMS, ( http://cydia.saurik.com/package/bitesms/ ) with the ability ti respond to exits from the lock screen, and quick compose without opening the app.

18: Nestled folders.

19: A Springtomize ( http://moreinfo.thebigboss.org/morein... ) like customizability feature.

20: Option to close all apps in the app switcher, by sliding up the springboard page.

21: Option to Customize notification badge colours.

22: Option to customize the “Slide to Unlock” text on the lock screen

23: Option to Hide apps.

24: Options for custom images for bookmarks added to home screen.

25: Option to have a custom carrier text.

26: Blur change option, like Flurry ( http://cydia.saurik.com/package/com.d... )

27: Option to rearrange the way control centre is.

28: Option to have the not simple passcode not require a tap on OK
