Описание: McConnelsville is a village in Morgan County, Ohio. The first settlers originally called the village Old Town, which was inhabited in 1817. The Twin City Opera House was built in 1890-1892 architect was H.C. Lindsay. The doors opened to the public in 1892, but the building really had it's beginnings several years earlier. Evelya True Button House was built in 1836. Morgan County Court house is located in McConnelsville. The first court house was built here in 1820 and replaced with current structure in 1858. The clock tower was added in 1886. Big Muskie Bucket located in near by Miners Memorial park, the bucket is what remains from coal mining dray line. Blue Bell Diner was originally built in 1884 and has been a long time icon on the historic square in McConnelsville. I have to say the Belgian Waffles were very good.
