2023 Satiator Update: New Adapters with Firmware for EUC's, Scooters, and EBoards!

Описание: We've long had inquiries from various electric unicycle, skateboard, and scooter customers who want to use the Satiator, but were put off having to make their own adapter to fit the various pin GX12/GX16 charge ports used in these products.

Fortunately the fine folks at eevee's PEV shop here in Vancouver (https://eevees.com/) have helped us test and formally release adapter cables to simplify using the Satiator with these personal EV's. We've got the following items now available to show for it:

In the end it wasn't just a matter of creating the right adapter cable, these high voltage EUC's often had BMS circuits that periodically disconnect the charge port and check for a voltage to see if the charger was attached. That's because the exposed male pins of the GX16 plugs would pose a serious shock hazard if they stayed energized when a charger was not attached.

Unfortunately, our Satiator charger has identical protection circuitry built in on it's side, and would interpret this short BMS cutoff as if the user had unplugged the battery, resulting in odd oscillatory behaviors and loss of charge statistics. This has been remedied with a V1.039 firmware update which is now released across the board.
